A guide to Tenancy Agreements
A Tenancy Agreement is a legal document designed to protect the rights of both the tenant and the landlord. It sets out in writing all the terms and conditions of the rental arrangements.
To protect both parties, a Tenancy or Lodgers Agreement is highly recommended. It is up to the landlord, Agent or Property Manager to provide a suitable agreement.
